Profilhotels Mercur Copenhagen is a great choice for your stay in the city center. The location is superb, being closely located to the railway station and in the center of Copenhagen. This makes it very convenient for exploring the city and getting around.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at Profilhotels. Despite the reviews mentioning some issues, we didn't encounter any problems during our time there. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist us. The bed in our room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the quietness of our room, as it faced a tennis court. we had a pleasant experience at Profilhotels and would recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was within walking distance of the train station and close to the city center. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right in front of a train station, making it extremely easy to travel around. The room was warm and cosy, with comfortable beds and a flat screen television. The breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options, both hot and cold. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always willing to give directions and advice.
The gym facilities were not well-maintained, with one of the treadmills not working and overall cleanliness being a concern.
